Every situation feels real and fixed when you are inside it.
But what often remains unexamined is how you are perceiving your situation, and how those perceptions shape your reactions, energy and decisions.
My work begins there.
Not with advice. Not with analysis of your past.
We’ll create awareness of:

Your current reality

Your perception of that reality

How you engage with it

Why you engage in that way
This is coaching – but not according to a formula
I do not follow a predetermined action sheet or apply a fixed model to everyone.
Each person is unique. Each engagement is shaped by the individual’s circumstances, not by a formula.
Rather than telling you what to do, I work with you to uncover where:

Self-limiting beliefs may exist

Habits may be reinforcing your current situation

Blame may be replacing responsibility

Avoidance may be preventing progress
Real change starts when you acknowledge that you are responsible for what you choose to do next.
That realisation can feel uncomfortable.
It is also where empowerment begins.
The structure
The New Awareness process typically includes six structured sessions:
- The first two sessions take place within the first two weeks
- Thereafter, sessions are held every second week
- Each session builds on awareness gained in the previous one
- Between sessions, you are expected to reflect, observe and practise new responses in real-life situations.
Without self-work, the sessions have no value.
The deliberate two-month break
This is intentional. It creates space for:
- Independent reflection
- Practical application
- Real-world application of your new awareness
- Personal development
It also ensures that you do not become dependent on a coach.
The aim is for you to become the person you can rely on when challenges arise, using the tools you have gained through your journey.
After the break, further sessions may begin, often addressing new scenarios or deeper layers of growth.
What this is not
This is not psychology.
We do not analyse what went wrong in your past.
This is not counselling.
This is not counselling. I do not offer sympathy, empathy or guidance alone.
This is not
advice-giving.
Advice removes accountability.
This is about your current situation and what you are willing to do about it.
How we work together

In person or online

One-on-one or in groups

With individuals or businesses

With clients locally and internationally
What you can expect
Many people come to me as a last resort. Often, they say:
“I have tried everything.”
Trying is different from committing.
This process requires commitment – commitment to yourself.
When clients begin taking accountability and aligning their actions with who they want to become, something fundamental shifts internally, often before any external situation changes.
You may not be able to immediately change your circumstances.
But you will begin changing how you engage with them.
That is where growth starts.
